Anyone got any tips/tricks/hints on getting to sleep and/or beating jetlag?
I have a 9am lecturetomorrow today, I feel tired(ish) and I've just been lying awake for the last two hours, clearly failing miserably to actually get any sleep.
With a 9am lecture tomorrow.
It's not my fault my body's trying to tell me that it's only 8pm.
